When will the pins be shipped?

We’re moving ahead of schedule and are likely to begin shipping sometime in mid- to late-October after quality checking is completed.

How long does it take once my order has shipped?

US/Domestic: We will ship via USPS First Class Mail and will take 3-5 days. All orders will include a tracking number and will be sent to you once shipped. International: We will ship via Correos from Spain and will take 1-2 weeks. All orders will include a tracking number and will be sent to you once shipped.

What if my tracking says "delivered" but I haven't received it? (USA)

This has become an issue recently with USPS, and the best and first thing you should do is contact your nearest post office location. Sometimes items are marked “delivered” prematurely and remain on the truck or in the warehouse. You can also contact 1-800-275-8777 for support. If you would like to file a claim, the USPS recommends doing so directly with your local postal services.

What if my package hasn't arrived yet? (International)

Please be sure to use the tracking data to follow along the path of your order. In some instances there may be a delay in updates between distributor hubs and your local government’s postal services, which can take upwards of 1-3 weeks (from our experience). In some cases you may be required to pay VAT/customs to your local postal services and your package may be held in customs until doing so. We have no control whether or not your country requires you to pay VAT.

What if my address changed?

In our BackerKit survey you will have the opportunity to change your address up until we lock in the orders (a few days prior to shipping in August). If you need to change your address after we’ve locked in the orders, please contact us directly at [email protected] and we will change it manually. If we’ve already shipped your package, we will need to wait for the package to bounce back and return to us before sending it out again.

What if my package was "undeliverable"?

In some cases packages may not be delivered due to no one being home or another circumstance. When the package returns to us, we will reach out to collect an additional shipping fee to send the package again. Depending on the size of the package and the country of delivery, the shipping charge will vary.

What if I want to add an item from your website?

We get this question each time we raise funds on Kickstarter – so thank you in advanced if this is you! We like to provide deep discounts on a limited number of our products directly through our BackerKit survey for backers – however if you would like something from the website, they would cost the full amount. We are happy to combine shipping in these cases, and will take each person as a case-by-case basis. Just send us an email to [email protected] and we’ll sort you out with the additional order and provide free shipping for that order.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
